Before joining Wilby Jones, Lucy spent 10 years as a Client Relationship Manager in the IT Managed Services sector, building extensive experience in client support and relationship management. Prior to that, she worked as a Buyer for a children's arts and crafts company, developing strong organisational and commercial skills that continue to benefit their role today.
At Wilby Jones, Lucy enjoys supporting the wider team to help ensure every client has a smooth and positive R&D claims experience. She takes pride in keeping processes running efficiently and providing the support needed to deliver the high standard of service that clients expect.
Having moved to Norwich last year, much of her free time has been spent tackling DIY projects. Outside of work, Lucy enjoys cooking, going for walks, exploring everything Norfolk has to offer and learning Italian. Now that Lucy is more settled, joining a local choir is next on her to-do list!
