Sean, our Sales Manager, brings a unique blend of experience: 7 years as a Royal Marine followed by 5 successful years in the R&D tax market. During this time, he’s onboarded over 100 clients, including many of the industry leaders from the AJ100.
He leads the firm's sales function and helps shape its commercial direction. Passionate about leadership and continuous improvement, he develops the strategy, systems and people that drive sustainable growth, build a high-performing commercial team, and deliver an exceptional client experience.
Outside of work, he prioritises family, his motorbike, and a good whisky (in that order!).
