Nicola Dennis

A Chartered Level 7 CIPD qualified HR Professional, Nicola started her career in  Art and Design before transitioning to Human Resources. Her career spans both the manufacturing and printing industries, where she developed a passion for supporting employees in reaching their full potential.

Nicola is committed to fostering learning, development, and employee wellbeing at Wilby Jones. She is particularly proud of Wilby Jones winning the EDP 2025 Employer of the Year award and Platinum accreditation in the Best Employers Eastern Region, as she feels it reflects the dedication and commitment of everyone at Wilby Jones to make it such a supportive and great place to work

Outside of work Nicola spends time walking and swimming along the Norfolk coastline with her family, friends, and little dog Jessie.
