Nicola is a CIPD-qualified HR Manager with over 18 years of experience. Originally her career started in Art and Design before transitioning to Human Resources.
Her career spans both the manufacturing and printing industries, where she developed a passion for supporting employees in reaching their full potential.
Nicola is committed to fostering learning, development, and employee wellbeing in the workplace. Outside of work she spends her free time walking and swimming along the Norfolk coastline with her family, friends, and dog Jessie.
