Having joined the team in early 2023 with an Anthropology background, Molly has honed her technical and analytical skills in interpreting project information and financial data to assess eligibility and prepare defensible R&D tax positions aligned with HMRC guidelines. Within the last three years, Molly has prepared over 100 claims and has helped clients save over £8 million in tax savings. Molly also enjoys gaining valuable experience working with multidisciplinary teams across a diverse range of sectors including engineering, architecture, construction, software, and manufacturing. Alongside this, Molly also dedicates time to continually expand her tax expertise and professional growth through mentoring new starters and working towards her ATT/CTA qualification.
When not working, Molly enjoys playing Rugby in the local Norfolk league.
