Jess joined Wilby Jones in February 2023, bringing with her five years of prior experience in a financial setting. Currently pursuing CIMA qualification, Jess is dedicated to shaping and implementing the financial strategy for the company. Her role involves not only crafting the financial strategy but also nurturing a team of successful individuals. Jess is deeply committed to the vision of Wilby Jones and is enthusiastic about contributing to its success. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and family, taking walks along the beach, and regularly watching Norwich at their home ground, Carrow Road.
