Adam joined the company in 2021 and since then has personally worked on over 300 successful R&D claims for their clients.
His background in Electronic Engineering and Communications, with a First-Class Honours degree from the University of Surrey, allows him to quickly grasp the work undertaken by their engineering clients and he’s currently pursuing his ATT and CTA qualifications through the ATT-CTA training pathway with the goal of becoming a Chartered Tax Adviser.
In his day-to-day role, Adam interacts with clients to learn about their cutting-edge work within their industries. Since joining Wilby Jones, he has expanded his knowledge across a range of engineering fields and has had the opportunity to meet interesting people from all over the UK. Discussing these innovations with experts is his favourite part of the job, as he is constantly expanding his knowledge on the industry. He also contributes to onboarding new staff members, working alongside colleagues to deliver training to the newest additions to the Wilby Jones team.
